Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

Hello! My name is Amanda, I currently live in my small hometown in Eastern Oregon with my husband, our daughter, and pets. I love exploring with my family, learning new things, and spending time outdoors. Professionally, I have a passion for women’s mental health, building resilience & providing services to rural communities where access is limited.

I graduated from Boise State University in 2011 with my Master’s in Social Work and have been practicing for 13 years. I have provided crisis services, short and long term counseling to adults, children & families in hospital, outpatient medical office, and community mental health settings. I am currently teaching part-time as an adjunct for the Boise State University online Masters' in Social Work program. My own experiences with infertility and eventually becoming a mom have driven me to focus my work on helping women in need of support. I am excited to begin this independent practice prioritizing women’s mental health services & support for rural communities with limited access to mental health providers.

Telehealth has given therapists the opportunity to meet clients where they are without the hassle of transportation, travel time, arranging childcare, and scheduling restrictions. To offer the most flexibility, my services are available through Telehealth to Idaho residents only. I am excited to expand access to mental health services for women in Idaho (& someday Oregon!) with this practice.
